Transition to a healthy lifestyle. Part 1

Every year people set a New Year resolution to become healthy and after one month 64% still keep it and the number drops drastically over time to at least 8%. There are ways you can set yourself up for success and not become a part of that statistic.  Benjamin Franklin said it best, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!” Setting up a plan is the best way to stay on track.  When trying to figure out your plan, you need to be realistic with yourself. Look at your life and determine the complexity of your schedule. Write out your schedule and look at the gaps of time no matter how small. You can get in a good 30 minute session.
